Christine Vega-Bromberg joined Vicenti, Lloyd & Stutzman in December 2014 as Human Resources Manager.
Christine has twenty-five years of experience working in Human Resources and Payroll for both for-profit and non-profit organizations. She has extensive experience working in corporate start-ups and turn-around endeavors, which has honed her skills in identifying organizational needs and developing processes and procedures that enhance the company’s bottom-line.
Her experience in the field of H.R. has empowered her to provide services for small to mid-sized organizations in various types of industries in the following areas: Strategic management, organizational development, legal compliance, benefit management and compliance, payroll management, employee relations, Human Resources and Payroll systems implementations, safety / OSHA compliance, change management, and learning and development.
Throughout her career, Christine has also been given the opportunity work with internal and external Boards of Directors to provide advice and presentations. Her work experience has allowed her to engage and serve employees and management teams of varying cultures, disciplines and educational backgrounds. Her membership in the Professionals in Human Resources Association (PIHRA) has also allowed her the opportunity to serve on the Board of District 8.
When Christine is not pursuing her passion for Human Resources, she pursues her other interests, which include music, donating her time to a local charity, traveling, shopping at farmers markets and cooking for friends.
