Former FBI Agent Joins Vicenti Partner Group

Vicenti, Lloyd & Stutzman (Vicenti) is proud to announce that long time Director Ernest C. Cooper, JD, CPA/CFF, CFE has joined the firm as lead Partner for the Forensic Services Division.

“Ernie’s 20 years of experience as an FBI investigator coupled with having his CPA license and JD, provides a unique and invaluable combination of expertise,” Co-Managing Partner Linda Saddlemire said. “He has assisted our clients in solving complex fraud matters, assisted law enforcement with prosecutions of these cases, and has helped our clients receive restitution for these wrongdoings. We are thrilled and delighted to have Ernie lead the forensic services division in our firm.”

Cooper joined Vicenti in 2005, playing an integral role in the expansion of the firm’s Forensic Services Division. Cooper draws on extensive experience as a Special Agent with the FBI, as Director of Forensic Investigative Practice with KPMG, and as an auditor to provide clients with thorough investigative services.

Led by Cooper and Saddlemire (the division’s founder and firm’s co-managing partner), the team includes a corps of highly credentialed team members including CPAs, Certified Fraud Examiners, Certified Internal Auditors, Certified in Financial Forensics, and Certified Digital Forensic Examiners.
